Edwards, Colo. – RMVI Services, a medical management company that oversees a network of clinics that diagnose and treat people with venous disease, recently celebrated the one-year anniversary of its Vail Valley Clinic with a fun and festive evening reception on Tuesday, July 2.

From 5 to 8 p.m., friends of the clinic, including members of the business community, and staff members and their families, dropped by to mark the occasion with plenty of beverages, scrumptious hors d’oeuvres and celebratory cake. Visitors were treated to complimentary vein screenings, and had opportunity to learn more about RMVI’s medical services, patient comforts, expertise and state-of-the-art technology.

The evening also drew new patients, providing a friendly atmosphere for mingling and the introduction of one of the more recent additions to the RMVI family, 3-week-old Olivia, the daughter of Julie Current, PA-C.

“It was wonderful to celebrate our one-year anniversary and reflect on our success with all of our friends, family members and employees who have made our first year in Vail Valley such a robust achievement,” said Dr. Gordon F. Gibbs, Founder and Chief Medical Executive of RMVI. “We look forward to serving many more patients at this location, and at all of our locations, for many, many years to come.”

The Vail Valley clinic, which officially turned a year old in May, is part of a network of medical facilities led by a multidisciplinary team of professionals on the forefront of technology. RMVI expanded from its first facility in Pueblo, Colo., in 2009, to now offer a total of five RMVI facilities with four physician Diplomats of the ABVLM (vein specialists) and in the Vail Clinic, one of two Registered Phlebology Sonographers in Colorado (vein diagnostic specialist). RMVI offers full diagnostic and treatment options in Vail Valley, Parker, Pueblo, and Canon City, Colo., and at Trinity Vein Institute in Arlington, Texas.

“We bring the best venous disease diagnosis and treatments possible to scenic Edwards and the surrounding Vail Valley and mountain communities,” Gibbs added. “There is no reason to drive to Denver, or wait for a physician to visit the community. We are here full time with excellence and expertise.”

The RMVI network consists of vein centers that offer total vein care, from the simplest cosmetic problem to the most life-altering condition. RMVI is celebrated within both medical communities and the global venous disease treatment health-care industry because of its highly accredited staff, attention to patient experience and stellar clinical outcomes. Featuring minimally invasive vein disease treatments, RMVI also houses a state-of-the-art, full-service and accredited vascular diagnostic lab, The Diagnostic Center, which provides comprehensive testing for Venous, Peripheral Arterial, Extra-Cranial Cerebrovascular, and Visceral Vascular disease.

“We love Vail Valley and are dedicated to remaining a positive part of the community in an effort to better our business, our lives and the city of Edwards as a whole,” said RMVI CEO Erin Gibbs. “This location allows us to expand our accredited, state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment options in a way possible only with the warm support and welcome from this community. We look forward to bringing continued goodwill and superior care to this wonderful and growing area.”
