COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The business headquarters for American Vein & Vascular Institute announces its official move from Pueblo to a new office in downtown Colorado Springs’ historic Hibbard & Co. building, originally designed by Thomas Barber in 1914.

American Vein & Vascular Institute’s practice management team oversees the network of vein and arterial disease diagnosis and treatment centers in Colorado and Texas.

“We’re at an exciting time,” says Erin Gibbs, owner and CEO of American Vein & Vascular Institute’s practice management. “Our company continues to rapidly expand to meet the growing needs of our patients. This growth required a larger office space. We’re thrilled to have found a home in Colorado Springs within the beautiful Hibbard & Co. building. Importantly, we are eager to join the business community of Colorado Springs at a time when there is great focus and excitement about the future of downtown – especially as we have jobs to fill.”

The business headquarters of American Vein & Vascular Institute functions to service a network of seven American Vein & Vascular Institute clinics, owned and operated by Founder and Chief Medical Executive, Dr. Gordon Gibbs. From a business operational standpoint, the practice management team specializes in managing business development, human resources, finance, marketing, technology, and special projects. The management team develops and executes strategic processes and procedures for the operational success of the business as a whole, now from its new headquarters in downtown Colorado Springs.

American Vein & Vascular Institute clinics are staffed by specialized medical personnel. The facilities offer a full spectrum of minimally invasive treatments for vein disease; most are performed in an hour or less and covered by insurance, including cosmetic procedures for varicose veins and spider veins. The Colorado Springs facility also treats arterial disease in the first outpatient cath lab of its kind in Colorado.

“Supporting downtown business communities is a core value we have. Our expansion to the heart of Tejon in Colorado Springs, from the historic federal building on Main Street in Pueblo, signals the start of the next phase of our company and what we plan to be an extraordinary partnership and journey between the business and family community of Colorado Springs,” states Erin Gibbs. “As a native of southern Colorado, I am proud to support our history and the beauty of this part of our state.”

The Classical Revival-style building, easily identified by a dark red brick façade and white terra cotta ornamentation, was renovated for restaurant and office use in 2001, and along with a few other local businesses, it is now home to the business headquarters of American Vein & Vascular Institute.
